Milkman — how to delete your account and all associated data
We take your right to be forgotten seriously. You have two ways to request deletion of your Milkman account and all personal data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete from within the app (fastest)
- Sign in at app.milkman.one
- Open Settings → Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account
- Confirm. Your account and all workspace data you own will be deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email from the address associated with your Milkman account to:
helpdesk@milkman.digitalInclude the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your account email. We confirm deletion within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 17.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (email, name, avatar)
- Workspaces you own, including brand profiles, drafts, outlines, and uploaded assets
- Access tokens for any connected social accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Usage logs and analytics tied to your account
What we may retain (and why)
- Invoices and payment records — retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law, then permanently deleted.
- Anonymized / aggregated usage statistics — cannot be tied back to you personally.
Connected social accounts
When we delete your Milkman account we also revoke the access tokens for all connected social accounts (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube). Content you published through Milkman stays on the respective platform — deletion of those individual posts is done inside LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram / YouTube, not by us.
